is 52.91% owned by Cukurova Telecom Holdings Limited and 47.09% by Telia Sonera
Finland Oyj. Based on publicly-available information, we believe that Cukurova
Telecom Holdings Limited is 51% owned by Cukurova Finance International Limited
and 49% by Alfa Telecom Turkey Limited.
